What a beautiful day at Frank Chapman. The children were all settled and asleep by 10pm and thank you to Miss Smallwood who tired them out with a nice, long, wilderness walk and a story before bed.

The children had pizza and chips for dinner and soon cleared their plates ready for a choc ice for desert. The children are excited for their activities today and ready to embrace the gorgeous sunshine!

Thursday 1st May 2025

What a beautiful day at Frank Chapman. The children had a lovely breakfast, rolls of their choice for lunch and spaghetti bolognaise, pasta or an alternative for dinner. The children have done some crawling around in the mines, working on communication on the night line. They then went into the woods and did some bushcraft! Learning how to light fires, cook bread on the fire and even build a den! The children have been a true credit to ourselves and it has been a pleasure to bring them in the glorious sunshine. We finished the evening with a hide and seek game with the teachers and Miss Orgill, Mrs Marsh, Mrs Sadler and Miss Smallwood were up to mischief when hiding! The children ended with a little pick and mix station of all their treats, a game of uno and are much more tired today after a full day of activities! The children look forward to some archery, geocaching and climbing tomorrow.
